1. Global Direct Logistics
Mirava operates a Direct-to-Consumer logistics model. We source our inventory directly from verified suppliers in China and perform order verification and quality checks prior to dispatch.
By cutting out local warehousing and middlemen, we can offer you products at the fairest possible prices.
2. Delivery Timelines
Because we ship directly from our international partners to your doorstep in the UAE, please allow the following timelines for delivery:
- Processing Time: 1 - 3 Business Days (Quality Check & Packing).
- Transit Time: 7 - 12 Business Days.
- Total Estimated Delivery: 10 - 15 Days.
3. Shipping Rates
We keep our shipping structure simple and transparent.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Import Duties & VAT: All orders are shipped directly from our international partners to your doorstep in the UAE.
- Personal Orders: Most small personal orders fall below the customs threshold and are exempt from additional fees.
- Larger Orders: In accordance with UAE Customs regulations, shipments exceeding the current value threshold (subject to change by government authorities) will incur Customs Duty (5%) and VAT (5%).
Liability: Please note that these government-mandated charges are not included in the total price paid at checkout. If applicable, these fees are assessed directly by UAE Customs and must be paid by the recipient to the courier upon delivery. Mirava Online has no control over these charges. Mirava is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
5. Split Shipments
Since we curate items from our Tech partners , your order may be fulfilled from different warehouses.
- If you order items from different collections, they may arrive in separate packages on different days.
- You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package so you can follow their journey.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
To support smoother processing with international couriers, we DO NOT offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
- All orders must be prepaid using a secure payment method (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay) via Stripe.
- Prepaid orders help reduce the chance of delays related to payment confirmation during international delivery.
7. Delivery Issues
- Wrong Address: Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. Mirava is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- Failed Delivery Attempts: Our courier will attempt delivery 2 - 3 times. If you are unreachable, the package may be returned to our warehouse. Re-shipping fees may apply.
