How long does it take to process my order?

We operate a direct logistics model. Orders typically take 1 to 3 business days to process (Quality Check & Packing) before they are dispatched from our partner facilities.

How long does shipping usually take?

After processing, our Premium Direct Courier service typically delivers within 7 to 12 business days. Total estimated delivery time is 10–15 days.

What should I do if there is a problem with my order?

Why did I receive only part of my order?

To ensure you get the freshest inventory, we source items from different specialized partners (e.g., Tech vs. Artisan). If you ordered from different collections, items may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers.
