How long does it take to process my order?
We operate a direct logistics model. Orders typically take 1 to 3 business days to process (Quality Check & Packing) before they are dispatched from our partner facilities.
How long does shipping usually take?
After processing, our Premium Direct Courier service typically delivers within 7 to 12 business days. Total estimated delivery time is 10–15 days.
What should I do if there is a problem with my order?

Why did I receive only part of my order?
