Refund policy

1. The "Mirava Promise" (Damaged or Defective Items)

We stand behind the durability and quality of our goods. If any item arrives damaged, defective, or not functioning as described, we will make it right immediately.

  • Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to report an issue.
  • How to Claim: Email us at support@miravaonline.com with your order number and a photo or video of the issue.
  • Resolution: We will review your claim within 24 hours. If approved, we will dispatch a free replacement immediately or offer a full refund. In most cases of damage, you do not need to ship the broken item back to us.

2. Change of Mind Returns

To offer you premium goods at the fairest possible prices, we operate a direct-from-manufacturer logistics model. Therefore, except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping damage, we do not offer free returns or exchanges for "change of mind," "wrong color ordered," or "wrong size" once the item has been shipped.

  • Please measure your space (for home organizers) and check technical specifications carefully before placing your order.

3. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

To protect customers and ensure product integrity, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Opened or used items (including any item showing signs of use).
  • Items with missing or altered serial numbers (where applicable).
  • Items returned without original packaging, accessories, manuals, or included components.
  • Clearance / final sale items (if marked as final sale at checkout).
  • Gift cards / store credit (if applicable).

Note: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, you are covered under the Mirava Promise - contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@miravaonline.com with your order number and photo/video evidence.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund within 12 hours of placing it.

  • To cancel, please email support@miravaonline.com immediately.
  • If more than 12 hours have passed, your order has likely been processed by our logistics team and handed over to the courier, meaning it can no longer be cancelled.

5. Refunds

If a refund is approved (for example, for a cancelled order or a damaged item where a replacement is not possible), you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

  • Processing Time: Please remember it can take 5 - 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

6. European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

Not Applicable. Mirava Trading FZ-LLC is a UAE-based entity and currently does not ship to the European Union.
